Williams tops 1000 during Lady Eagle victory in Hanover

Jac-Cen-Del’s Lady Eagles kept its conference hopes alive Thursday as they easily downed Southwestern in Hanover 71-35.

Jac got 21 points, eight rebounds, three assists and three steals from Annabelle Williams who went over 1000 points in her varsity career.

She already several other milestones including 300 assists, 200 steals and 100 defelctions.  Williams is also closing in on 500 rebounds (an unconfirmed 475) which could she could potentially reach during the state tournament.

The Osgood gals also saw Jalee Rider tally 13 points, four boards, four dishes and four swipes.  Reagan Hughes added 10 points. Olivia Neal notched nine points and five caroms while Aundrea Cullen chipped in nine points as well.

Southwestern’s Ashley Fulton led the Lady Rebels with 15 points, six rebounds, six assists and three steals.  Syenia Harder followed with eight points..

The Eagle reserves also won 45-28.  Julia Meyer put in 18 points for the JCD JV.  Teammate Kelcey Borgman added eight.
