William E. McKell, 65 of Shelbyville, passed away on Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Methodist Hospital. Bill was born on February 25, 1955 in Greensburg, the son of William and Margaret (Preuss) McKell.
Survivors include one sister – Connie Lonneman of Greensburg; four nieces – Candi Wesseler, Amber Cruz, Amy Stier and Andrea Wells; and two nephews – Ryan Walterman and Chad Walterman. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Debbie Wells.
Bill lived and worked for many years in California. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and enjoyed antiques, antique clocks, robots and watching movies was a favorite pastime.
A Funeral Mass will be held for the family on Wednesday, June 3, 2020 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Fr. John Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery.
