A Batesville woman was arrested for allegedly threatening her husband with a knife, the Ripley County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Deputies responded to Indian Lakes for a report of a domestic dispute involving a knife around 1:20 a.m. Monday morning.
Arresting officers say 44-year-old Mellissa Bowling was apparently drunk and was making threats against her husband while armed with a knife.
Bowling was booked into the Ripley County Jail for Criminal Recklessness with a Deadly Weapon (class D felony).
