
(Batesville, IN) – Johnson Consulting Group, a leading consultancy in the funeral home and cemetery profession, proudly honored Weigel Funeral Home was one of the recipients of the JCG 2024 Excellence in Customer Service Awards, powered by J3Tech Solutions (J3Tech).
The award recognizes the top funeral homes in North America that demonstrate excellence in customer service in the profession.
Award recipients achieved the highest levels of customer satisfaction among the 576 funeral homes that were eligible in 2024.
Customer satisfaction among the participating firms was measured using Performance Tracker X, which gives funeral and cemetery professionals an inside look at their business by sending
out surveys and collecting family feedback.
With this tool, funeral and cemetery professionals can more accurately measure the experiences of their client-families, as well as gain a deeper understanding of how best to serve families at one of life’s most difficult moments.

The Awards are given out annually and are calculated by Johnson Consulting Group’s internal Performance Tracker X team. Recipients were informed in March 2025, that they had won this
prestigious honor.
