Brookville, IN — Rainy weather throughout the week, along with heavy rains that caused flooding in some areas, has forced the early conclusion to the 2021 Franklin County 4-H Fair.
The rides and carnival on the midway and the scheduled Flat Drags Grandstand event tonight have been canceled.
