BATESVILLE, IN — Congratulations to a pair of local 11-year-olds.
Jaxson Watson won the title of 2021 “Fastest Kid in Town” while Halle Weisenbach was the overall fastest female, or “Fastest Girl in Town.”
Watson and Weisenbach were two of the nearly 170 participants between the ages of two and 12 who competed in the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce’s “Fastest Kid in Town” race last Saturday on Pearl Street.
The event was held in conjunction with Batesville Main Street’s Mainopoly.
