(Batesville, IN) – The Batesville Kiwanis AppleFest is still on for this weekend despite the rainy forecast, but organizers say volunteers are needed to help set up tents.
Friday’s high winds have prompted Kiwanis to delay set-up at Liberty Park until Saturday morning.
Tents will go up beginning at 6 a.m., but say if you can join in by 7 a.m., the help would be appreciated.
More than 90 local businesses and organizations are scheduled to participate in the 34th annual event, which takes place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. – rain or shine.
WRBI will be at AppleFest this weekend.
