Lawrenceburg, IN—Volunteers are needed for Special Olympics Indiana Ripley, Ohio, Dearborn Counties!
The Muscatatuck Urban Training Center, just east of North Vernon on SR 50, will be conducting a training exercise and are in need of volunteers to act as victims of either nuclear, chemical or a bio attack. Men, women, young adults age 16 and older are needed. Not physically demanding, but there could be a fair amount of walking and standing.
The organization will receive approximately $50.00 per person per day. This is a great opportunity for an easy fundraiser.
The training session runs Jule 23-25 from 7 am to 4 pm and July 26 from 7 am to 5 pm. You can volunteer for just one day or all four. Please a text to Greg Townsend by July 8 at 812-584-6861 if you are able to participate.
