Indianapolis, IN — The Indiana Department of Workforce Development says unemployment rates in all four area counties were up slightly in July.
Decatur County had the lowest jobless rate in July at 2.8%, which was up from 2.7 the month before.
Franklin County was at 3% – also up from 2.7 in June.
Dearborn County came in at 3.1% – up from 2.8.
And Ripley County checked in at 3.4 – up from 3%.
However, all four counties were below the state average of 3.5%.
