(Ripley County, IN) – The Ripley County Health Department says a leak was discovered this week at an underground storage tank site in the Milan area.
Officials say the department was notified that regulated substances were either released, spilled or overfilled by the owner/operator of Baylor Realty, Inc. at 9269 East State Road 48 Monday.
Local health departments are required by state statute to inform the public of such incidents.
