Pleasant, IN— Monday morning, the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Department received a report of an automobile accident at the intersection of SR 129 and State Road 250.
A vehicle driven by Chad Fox, of Ripley County, was headed south on SR 129 when it was hit by Roland McNeely, of Grant County Kentucky as McNeely was turning west onto State Road 250. McNeely was airlifted at the scene and transported to University of Cincinnati Hospital where he later died. Fox received minor injuries and was transported to Kings Daughters Hospital.
The crash is still under investigation by the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Department. They ask anyone with information on the accident to contact them at 812.427.3636.
