VERSAILLES, Ind. – The Indiana State Police are announcing two veteran state troopers that are receiving promotions.
Lieutenant Anthony Scott has been promoted to the rank of Captain and Master Trooper Gregory Grove is promoted to the rank of Corporal.
Captain Scott graduated from the police academy in 1996 and spent his entire career at the Versailles District. He has served as a trooper patrolling Decatur County, a detective, investigative coordinator and district commander.
Corporal Grove graduated from the police academy in 1995 and has worked in the Versailles District serving as a trooper in Dearborn County and Gaming Enforcement Detective.
