‘Overall, we had a really good day. We play this Invitational to to face bigger and tougher opponents — the type we hope we will see later in the season. We finished 3rd and were a point away on several matches to finish first. Angela, Margaret and Sarah/Hanna all had match points against their Richmond opponents. At #1 doubles, Anya/Ashley, had a big lead against their Richmond pair, but were unable to convert. All in all, we played very solid. Angela and Margaret in particular played their best tennis of the season.’ Twisters Coach Mark Wilder.
