Greensburg, In. — More than 30 people attended the ribbon cutting for the Tree City Bark Park in Greensburg on Saturday. The project was part of the “Stellar” initiative and was backed firmly by mayor Dan Manus.
A dog park promotes responsible pet ownership. A dog park allows dogs to exercise, play, and socialize in a safe area. A designated, enclosed area allows them to do so without endangering themselves, others, properties, or wildlife.
Residents can register dogs at the Greensburg Park and Recreation office for $25. Pets must have shot and veterinarian records at registration.
