Tiffany Rae Kilby, age 31, of Liberty, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home in her mother’s arms on April 16, 2025. She was born the daughter of Jeffrey Willoughby Sr. and Angela Kilby on February 1, 1994, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Tiffany grew up in Harrison, Ohio. She was an outgoing, fun-loving child. She loved swimming, cheerleading, and holidays, especially St. Patty’s Day and Halloween. She loved costumes, shopping, shoes, and collecting stuffed animals. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Tiffany didn’t have children but loved her nieces and nephews like her own. She had an IMMENSE LOVE for animals which led her to go to school to be a vet tech. Her career path was shortened due to her having Juvenile Huntington’s Disease.
Throughout her long, tough battle with JHD, she was the epitome of strength! Always smiling, laughing, and joking. She definitely kept her sarcasm and twisted sense of humor, never showing self-pity, always worried about others. Everyone loved her, and she had a positive impact on many lives. There really aren’t words. If you knew her then you understand “Tiffany was just Tiffany.” She will no doubt be remembered!
She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Angela and Gregorie Lock, maternal grandmother, Dolores “Bootsie” Walter, brothers, Zackary (Karissa nee Egner) Kilby and Joshua Bryant Jr. (Faith Wheat), sister, Destiny Willoughby (Donnie Courtney), brother, Jeffrey Willoughby Jr., sister, Aleigha Arnold, and step-brother, Draven Lock. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Zaden, Zaylee, Zacara, Zoey, Leo, Avyana, Ryland, and Forrest, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Tiffany was preceded in death by her father, Jeffrey Willoughby Sr., maternal grandfather, Emmett Kilby, paternal grandmother, Geraldine Willoughby (nee Thompson), paternal grandfather, Claude Willoughby II, aunt, Krista Kay Willoughby, uncle, Bryon Scott Johnson and uncle, John Davidson
