Ticket Sell Out For Lauren Hill College Debut

It appears tickets have sold out within two hours for the season opening game for Mount St. Joseph’s.

The game has been moved ahead of schedule to allow Lawrenceburg graduate Lauren Hill to participate in a college game.

CINCINNATI – Tickets go on sale Wednesday at 9 a.m. for Mount St. Joseph’s season opening women’s basketball game, which has been rescheduled to allow the debut of former Lawrenceburg Tiger Lauren Hill.

The 19-year-old is suffering from a terminal illness and her dream is to participate in a college basketball game.

The NCAA OK’d the game against Hiram College (Ohio) to be moved ahead of schedule to Sunday, November 2 at 2:00 p.m.

Her inspirational story has reached across the nation and led to a change of venue to the 10,000 seat Cintas Center on Xavier’s campus.

A Bengals player visited Hill at practice Tuesday.
