Three arrested after toddler tests positive for meth

  New Castle, Ind. — A mother and grandmother in New Castle have been charged after their 2-year-old child tested positive for methamphetamine.

Savannah and Ty Dorris were arrested after they admitted to using meth in the where the family lived. A parolee, Dusty Kidd, who had been staying at the home was also arrested.

Reports indicate a 4-year-old was also in the home but did not test positive for the drug.
