Osgood, In. — The Ripley County Chamber of Commerce held the 2019 Business Recognition Luncheon Wednesday at the Upper Room in Osgood.
The Upper Room is a part of Just For Him Ministries, a non-profit dedicated to helping food banks throughout southeastern Indiana. It began in 2005 when Ken and Char MacPhee sold their belongings and purchased an RV and truck. Since, they have traveled in Indiana, Kentucky, Florida and Louisiana with their four children spreading the word of Christ.
Batesville-based The Office Shop was selected as the 2019 Ripley County Chamber of Commerce “Business of the Year.” The business was founded by Ken & Tecla Steinfort in 1978 and grew to seven area locations. Over time the business took advantage of technology to increase efficiency and consolidate operations in Batesville.
Today, the Office Shop offers online ordering and express delivery of supplies and equipment in southeastern Indiana, southwestern Ohio and northern Kentucky. For more information click here.
