(Harrison, OH) – A community on the Ohio side of the state line has landed a nationally-known retailer.
Target is the first confirmed tenant in a new retail development in Harrison.
City Council voted this week to approve the development project at 10400 Harrison Avenue across from Kroger.
Midland Atlantic Properties first presented a proposal in July to develop the site, which will include other businesses.
John Silverman with Midland described the process as, “…moving mountains in four months, on a process that would normally take a year.”
The Harrison Target store is scheduled to open in October 2027.
