Steve Ervin Whitehead, age 63 of Harrison, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2019 in Harrison, Ohio. Born October 25, 1955 in Kermit, Texas the son of Ervin and Ona (Webster) Whitehead.
Steve graduated from Andrews High School in 1973. Owner/operator of GW Construction in Harrison, Ohio for over 28 years and attended Restoration Christian Church in Cleves, Ohio. Served his country honorably in the United States Marine Corps.
Steve is survived by parents Ervin and Ona Whitehead of Woodward, Oklahoma. Father of Christopher (Cynthia) Whitehead of Sardinia, Ohio and Casey Whitehead of Middletown, Ohio. Grandfather of Andrew, Anna, Christopher, Phoenix, Lane and Walker Whitehead. Brother of Elaine (Slab) Crisswell, Russell Whitehead and Scott (Karen) Whitehead.
Visitation will be held Monday, August 12, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 13, 2019 10:30 A.M. with Pastor Chris Kessen officiating all at Jackman Hensley Funeral Home 215 Broadway Street Harrison, Ohio 45030. Burial will follow at New Haven Cemetery Harrison, Ohio with military honors conducted by United States Marine Corps and Harrison Honor Guard.
