Stephen E. Collins, 77, of Moores Hill, beloved husband of Judith Collins, died unexpectedly on Friday, October 11, 2019 aboard the USS Yorktown, in Charleston, SC, while attending the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command commencement ceremonies for one of his treasured grandchildren.
