Vevay, In. — Crews from the Indiana Department of Transportation reopened State Road 156 near Vevay Friday night around 11 p.m.
Harry Maginnity says the extreme amount of rainfall caused a washout in front of the bridge on State Road 156 east of Vevay. Maginnity says INDOT crews used shotcrete, #53 stone and asphalt to make expedient repairs.
