Indianapolis, In. — Teresa Lubbers from the Indiana Commissioner for Higher Education will give the sixth-annual State of Higher Education Address at 4 p.m. on Monday, April 9 at the Indiana Statehouse. This year’s address will highlight the increasing importance and demand for higher education in a time of skepticism about its value.
