(Sunman, IN) – St. Nicholas Catholic Church and School held a groundbreaking on Sunday for Phase II of the Heritage Project.
The overall aim of the project is to update and renovate the parish campus in two phases.
Phase II will address the need for a new Fellowship Center. The fundraising goal for that portion of the project is $3.3 million.
The Fellowship Center will include a gym/cafeteria wing and a preschool/parish hall wing.
Phase I was completed in 2019 and includes a new Education Center containing nine classrooms, a combination music room and library, and a combined STEM lab and art room, along with other upgrades.
