Last night the St. Louis Cardinals hosted the St. Lawrence Panthers for a 7/8th grade boys basketball game. The 8th-grade boys won this game with a final score of 47-9. Scoring for SLS were all of the boys. Points went as follows David Kock with 12pts, Adam Weber with 7pts, Ayden Meyer and Kaden Maple both with 6pts each, Griff Koester and Carson Hartwell both bringing 5pts each, Cayden Lieland with 4pts, and Augie Hillenbrand with 2pts. This was another display of pure teamwork on the defensive side and offensive side. Running plays to find the person we named, and defensively playing a great man-to-man and rebounding. Great work guys and we will play them again on Monday at St. Mary’s Aurora.
