The St. Louis Boys 6th Grade White Team lost a heartbreaker to St. Michael’s 18 to 16. This was a hard-fought tough grade throughout. Hunter Young scored the only basket for the Cardinals in the 1st quarter as St. Michael’s jumped out to a 6-2 lead. Hunter finished the game with four points. Ryan McGuire scored a basket in the 2nd quarter and played tough defense but the Cardinals were still down 8 to 6 a half. The second half was all Jaxson Watson as he scored all 10 of his and the second half points to carry the Cardinals. The Cardinals had a couple of shots at the end of the game but they just would not fall. The Cardinals play their final game of the season Wednesday night at home versus Greendale.
