The Reds blanked the Miami Marlins 6-0 at Great American Ball Park in a game heard last evening on WRBI. With the win, the Reds gain a split in the four-game series. Nick Lodolo scattered three hits and struck out four without a walk in six scoreless innings of work to pick up the win. He squares his record at 6-6. At the plate, Spencer Steer clubbed his 11th home run of the year; Austin Hays went 2 for 3 and drove in three; and All-Star Elly De La Cruz was 2 for 4 with an RBI, scored two runs and stole a base. The Reds open the final series before the All-Star break tonight with the first of three over the weekend at home against the Colorado Rockies. Chase Burns gets the start for Cincinnati. Indiana Pacers got past the Cleveland Cavalier 116-115 in the NBA Summer League opener in Las Vegas yesterday afternoon. The Pacers next Summer League game will be tomorrow against Oklahoma City.
