Other games originally scheduled for last night were casualties of yesterday morning’s snow storm. The Indiana Pacers close out the current homestand tonight when they face the Denver Nuggets. WRBI airtime is 6:30.

Indianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen says cornerback Sauce Gardner has a calf injury. Steichen says the former UC Bearcat will miss some time, but he will not be placed on injured reserve. Gardner left Sunday’s game against the Houston Texans early after suffering the injury. The Colts face the Jacksonville Jaguars on the road this Sunday.

The Colts on Tuesday waived kicker Michael Badgley. He appeared in seven games for the Colts this season, joining the team after kicker Spencer Shrader sustained season-ending ACL and MCL injuries while kicking a PAT during Indianapolis’ Week 5 win over the Las Vegas Raiders. Badgley, an eight-year NFL veteran, converted 10-of-11 field goal attempts and 18-of-21 PATs. Badgley missed his third PAT of the season in the Colts’ loss to the Texans on Sunday.
