VERSAILLES, IN — The Southeastern Career Center will host an open house Thursday night from 6 until 8.
Several local employers, organizations, colleges, and universities will be in attendance.
The event will also include a chili dinner and a chance to meet your teacher.
The Southeastern Career Center is the first career and technical education center. It opened its doors in 1964. The Career Center serves six counties and 11 school districts in Southeastern Indiana by providing students with a learning environment that integrates technical skills and academic knowledge, while also promoting work ethics, citizenship, and self-esteem.
The Career Center offers a number of courses, including automotive, cosmetology, dental, fire responder, IT, welding, and more.
