The South Ripley Lady Raiders hit the road again Saturday, continuing their grueling four-game road stretch with a matchup against the Rising Sun Lady Shiners. The Raiders welcomed back varsity starter Claire Samples, returning from injury, in a limited bench role. The Raiders powered through to a commanding 49-31 victory.
Although the win adds momentum to their season, it doesn’t count as a conference victory. The two teams will face off again later in the season. With this result, South Ripley evens their record at 5-5.
