(Batesville, IN) – Congratulations to St. Louis Catholic School STEM teacher Jill Hollins, who was named Batesville VFW Post #3183 Teacher of the Year (pictured).
“We are incredibly lucky to have such a driven, creative, and service-centered educator at SLS,” said St. Louis School officials.
Congrats are also in order for SLS Junior High students Ella Meer, Kathryn Mack, Claire Baker, and Mason Leising.
They were selected as four of the five recipients of this year’s “Patriot’s Pen” writing competition sponsored by the VFW.
Leising was the competition’s overall winner.
