Statewide—According to the National Weather Service, a large portion of Indiana has been placed under a slight risk category for severe weather today and overnight. Scattered large hail and severe wind gusts are the main threats. Isolated tornadoes and flash flooding are also possible.
Make sure you plan ahead, have multiple ways to receive severe weather alerts and know where to go if a severe weather or tornado warning is issued.
