(Greensburg, IN) – Residents of Sky Bird Manor in Greensburg were cleared to move back in over the weekend.
The senior living facility at 302 E. 10th Street was damaged by fire last Thursday, and residents had to find temporary shelter during the investigation and cleanup.
Greensburg Fire Chief Nathan Stoermer gave the “all clear” to resume residency on Saturday.
However, food in refrigerators and freezers spoiled while electricity was cut off to the building because of the fire.
The Washington Township Trustee and Agape Center are helping residents replenish food supplies.
