Batesville, In. — The Batesville Area Historical Society has introduced “Sip, Snack and Stroll,” a historical walking tour accented by offerings from local restaurants. Tours feature samplings of food wine and beer.
Self-guided tours begin at the Batesville Area Historical Society on George Street at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, October 20 and the walking tour begins in the garden at 5 p.m.
Historical Center Curator Carolyn Dieckmann says, “For those who would rather ride than walk, golf carts are available upon request.” For more information please call Carolyn at 812-212-9382 to make a reservation. All reservations are automatically entered in the drawing for one of several door prizes.
This is for adults 21-years-old and up.
