New Point, IN —Indiana State Police Troopers are on the scene of a single-vehicle crash on I-74 Eastbound near the 142-mile marker in Decatur County. This is roughly one mile west of New Point (exit 142).
The driver of the semi-truck was transported to Decatur County Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. I-74 Eastbound is down to one lane through the area. Use caution through the area as officials report it will be a lengthy cleanup. Assisting at the scene is the Greensburg Fire Department, New Point Volunteer Fire Department, Decatur County EMS, and the Decatur County Sheriff Department.
