Signal to be removed on St. Peters Road

St. Leon, IN—INDOT contractors are scheduled to remove the temporary traffic signal on St. Peters Road over I-74 in Dearborn County on Thursday, September 26, weather permitting. The road will reopen as two lanes with temporary pavement markings.

Milling and paving work is scheduled to take place on the bridge in October under flagging operations and will be followed by the application of permanent pavement markings.

The St. Peters Road, as well as C.R. 420 W. and C.R. 100 W. bridges over I-74 are part of a $1 million bridge rehabilitation contract in Decatur and Dearborn Counties. All work is expected to be completed by October 31, 2019.
