Sherri L. Bauer, 53, of Dillsboro passed away Monday, October 20, 2025, at her home. Sherri was born on Saturday, June 3, 1972, in Cincinnati; daughter of Nobert and Denise (Smith) Praither. Sherri worked in the deli at the Dillsboro IGA and she had a passion for cooking.
Sherri will be missed by her fiancé Eugenio “Kenny” Rosario of Dillsboro; sons Kenneth Michael Rosario and Kenneth James Rosario of Dillsboro; daughter Tiffany Barstow of Ocala, FL; mother Denise (Danny) Praither of Spring Hill, FL; sisters Susan Kennedy of Covington, Michele (B.J.) Uncapher of Spring Hill, FL, and Sheila (Ray) Matthews of Roseboro, North Carolina; and grandchildren Skye Lyn Barston, Jaxson Brown, and Maverick Brown.
Sherri was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be given in honor of Sherri to the donor’s choice.
