Seymour, IN— Seymour Mayor Craig Luedeman asked Tuesday that Chief of Police Bill Abbot be placed on administrative leave. The announcement was made due to an ongoing Indiana State Police investigation.
Captain Carl Lamb with the Seymour Police Department was placed on paid administrative leave just two weeks ago on October 8. Lamb is facing allegations of ghost employment and official misconduct.
