(Bright, IN) – Several departments responded to a fire at a multi-family condo in Bright early Saturday morning.
The blaze was first reported around 3:50 a.m. Crews worked in high heat and heavy smoke conditions to keep the fire from spreading to other units at the undisclosed location.
Due to a lack of adequate fire hydrants in the area, tankers transported water to help fight the flames.
Two of the units are listed as a total loss.
There were no injuries reported.
The Bright Fire Department received assistance from the Lawrenceburg, St. Leon, Miller-York, Aurora, Harrison, Whitewater Township, and Miami Township (Ohio) fire departments.
Logan Supermart and Bright McDonalds provided food and coffee to firefighters.
