(Laurel, IN) – Crews from several departments in Franklin and Fayette counties were called last night to battle a barn fire on Kokomo Hill Road in Laurel.
The first call went out shortly after 8:30, and Kokomo Hill was shut down between Moon and Mettle roads during firefighting efforts.
The Laurel, Metamora and Glenwood fire departments responded.
There’s no word on a cause, damage estimate or if anyone was injured.
It’s the second barn in the area this week. Flames destroyed a barn on Morgan Road in Bright Monday evening.
