Indianapolis, Ind. — Republican state senator Jean Leising welcomed Batesville Middle School students to the Indiana Statehouse on Wednesday. The students received a tour of the historic building and learned about the Indiana General Assembly.
Leising represents the 42nd district and is the chairperson of the Agriculture committee. She also serves on the following committees Natural Resources, Education and Career Development, Health and Provider Services, Commerce and Technology and Utilities.
