(Southeastern IN) – All of Southeastern Indiana is under a moderate drought, according to the U.S. Drought Monitor (pictured).

Burn bans remained in effect Friday morning in Franklin and Dearborn counties because of the dry conditions and high temperatures.

However, there is a chance of rain starting Sunday and running through Thursday.

Forecasters say shower chances are 30 to 40 percent each day, but there is a 50-50 chance of rain Sunday night, and shower chances are 60 percent Monday and Monday night.
