Rushville, In. — The Rushville Police Department is seeking two suspects in child molesting and neglect investigation. Randolph (Randy) Clifton, 50, and Juanita Clifton, 47, are believed to be in a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado with license number SLI245.
Officials say the Cliftons are aware of the warrants and have fled to avoid prosecution. Police say they may be on the way to New Mexico, Colorado, Texas or California.
Mr. Clifton is 5-feet 10-inches tall and 200 pounds. Mrs. Clifton is 5-feet 1-inch and 95 pounds.
