Robin Jeanne Eversole – Metamora

Robin Jeanne Eversole, of Metamora, was born on October 6, 1974 in Batesville, a daughter to Keith and Debbie Benz Ostendorf.  She married Bert A. Eversole in Gatlinburg, Tennessee on March 2, 1996 and he survives.  Robin managed the kitchen at the VFW in Brookville.  She was a devoted mother, wife and grandmother and loved spending time with her family and her extended family at the VFW.  On Friday, August 2, 2019 at the age of 44, Robin passed away at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

 

Those surviving who will cherish Robin’s memory include her loving husband, Bert A. Eversole; two daughters, Leiara Eversole of Tennessee and Korissa (Devin) Hall of Connersville; two grandchildren, Madison Stiles and Kayson Hall, and one grandson on the way.  She is also survived by her parents, Keith and Debbie Ostendorf of New Point; one brother, Keith Ostendorf, Jr. of New Point; one sister, Carrie “Turtle” (Randy Honeycutt) Ostendorf of Manchester; special friend Deb “Batman” Baxter, and several nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in laws.  She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Shirley Eversole.

 

Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 from 4 until 8 p.m. at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville.  Services will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
