Robert Joseph Melrose, 48, of Aurora, IN, formerly of Columbus, Ohio passed away Monday, April 3, 2023, in an accident in Aurora, IN.
He was born May 29, 1974, in Columbus, OH., son of Roberta “Bobbie” (Arthur) Hall and the late Robert Hurt.
Robert was a Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. He enjoyed the television programs, South Park and Street Outlaws. Robert was a jokester and could keep a straight face until the end, which meant he could usually pull one over on anyone and everyone. He was a homebody, a family man and he loved his dogs, China, Woo Woo, and Bella. Time spent with his family was most precious to him.
Robert is survived by his loving spouse, Lisa (Henderson) Melrose, son, River Melrose of Columbus, OH; daughter, Brianna Masters of Aurora, IN; mother, Bobbie Hall; brother, Steven (Jody) Melrose of Summer Shade, KY; sister-in-law, Gloria Melrose of Lawrenceburg, IN; 2 nephews, 1 niece.
He was preceded in death by Father, Robert Hurt and son, Robert Melrose, Jr.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
