(Versailles, IN) – The Ripley County Chamber of Commerce has a warning about a man who’s reportedly been soliciting Versailles area businesses, claiming to be selling books for South Ripley Community Schools.
Police have investigated the claims and determined he is not connected in any way with South Ripley.
He has also allegedly claimed to be acting on behalf of Rising Sun/Ohio County Schools.
The Chamber says his contact information is Chuck Coleman, Indiana Coordinator, (317) 474-5874, and if you have given money to the him, you’re urged to stop payment.
