Indianapolis, IN — An 8th grader at Jac-Cen-Del Jr/Sr High School won the 4-H Junior Tractor Operator Contest at the Indiana State Fair last week.
13-year-old Logan Meyer won the contest that includes a parts identification quiz, a safety quiz, and safely driving a tractor pulling a two-wheeled trailer through a timed obstacle course.
His sister Julia also competed at the state fair in the Senior Division with a 4-Wheel Wagon, where she finished in the Red Ribbon Group.
Logan and Julia are the children of Steve and Brandy Meyer of Napoleon.
