(Rush County, IN) – A Rush County man who was arrested in November in connection with the death of a missing teen is reportedly pleading guilty to Murder.
Published reports say 59-year-old Patrick Scott recently signed a plea deal which calls for him to plead guilty to a Murder charge and serve a nearly 60-year prison sentence, in exchange for lesser charges to be dropped.
Scott was arrested in the death of Valerie Tindall, who was 17 years old when she went missing in June last year.
Investigators say her remains were found on property Scott owns in the northwestern Rush County community of Arlington.
A sentencing hearing hasn’t been scheduled yet.
