Southeastern, IN — Batesville, Greensburg, and Lawrenceburg, along with other towns across Southeastern Indiana are asking residents to please help with efforts with snow removal by removing cars off city streets where possible.
This will help ensure the roadways are cleared of snow safely and efficiently as snow removal crews will be working around the clock as needed. Please remove all vehicles, whenever possible, from city roadways starting tonight through Wednesday morning.
As Mark Klosterkemper, Greensburg City Street Commissioner noted, ” With one foot of snow predicted and only 15 foot of road width, he doesn’t want to bury vehicles.”
