Statewide—The Daisy by Mail registration is still open through May 15. This is a program for incoming Kindergarten girls, current Kindergarten, and First-grade girls to prepare them for the adventures as a Girl Scout.
Girls will receive interactive packets in the mail this summer with activities such as how to make s’mores and so much more. Each magazine uses games, songs, recipes, and other hands-on activities to help develop skills such as early literacy, basic handwriting, following directions, and task focus. At the end of summer, they rotate into troops and receive a patch. Girl Scouts offers financial assistance to those in need. Click here for a link to register online.
